01Parties and platform#

These Refer & Earn Terms ("Terms") govern the NarraSEO customer referral program ("Program") between you ("Advocate," "you") and Mori Digital Group LLC ("NarraSEO," "we," or "us").

Attribution, advocate dashboards, and cash payouts may be operated through the Reditus referral platform at getreditus.com ("Reditus"). Reditus is not a party to these Terms. Reditus account terms apply to your Reditus account; if they conflict with these Terms on Program rewards between you and NarraSEO, these Terms control.

By generating a referral link, joining the Program in-app, or accepting these Terms in the referral widget, you agree to these Terms.

02Separate from Affiliates#

This Program is for existing NarraSEO customers inviting friends and colleagues. It is not the cash Affiliate Partner Program described in the Affiliate Partner Terms.

Affiliate partners earn recurring commission under those Affiliate Terms. Advocates under this Program earn the Advocate Reward in Section 04 only. You may not claim both Affiliate commission and an Advocate Reward on the same referred customer or the same paid subscription.

03Eligibility#

To participate as an Advocate you must:

• Hold an active NarraSEO account in good standing (trial or paid, as we enable in-product).
• Accept these Terms before sharing Program links or using the referral widget.
• Comply with applicable law, including advertising and FTC endorsement disclosure rules where required.

We may suspend or end your Program access at any time for suspected abuse, Terms breach, or account issues.

04Rewards#

Unless we publish a different in-product offer that expressly replaces this schedule, Program rewards are:

• Advocate Reward. A one-time cash amount of thirty US dollars (USD $30) when a Friend completes their first successful paid charge on an Eligible Subscription attributed to your referral link. Trial days and unpaid signups do not earn the Advocate Reward.
• Friend Reward. A promotional discount of twenty percent (20%) off the Friend's Eligible Subscription list price for the first three (3) paid months after conversion from trial (or after first paid charge if no trial). After those three months, standard pricing applies. The Friend Reward is fulfilled as a Stripe coupon or equivalent billing adjustment that we apply; Reditus does not bill NarraSEO subscriptions.

Eligible Subscription means a NarraSEO self-serve paid plan (Starter, Creator, Pro, Agency, Scale, or successor named self-serve tiers). Add-ons (credit packs, extra seats, extra projects), tax, and one-off fees are not Eligible Subscriptions and do not trigger rewards.

Only one Advocate Reward is paid per Friend who becomes a paying customer under a single attributed referral. Multiple links or accounts do not multiply the reward.

05Attribution#

Attribution uses Reditus last-click rules within the Program cookie window (typically up to ninety (90) days, as configured). If no valid referral attribution exists at the Friend's signup and first paid checkout, no Advocate Reward or Friend Reward is owed under these Terms.

06Exclusions and stacking#

No Advocate Reward or Friend Reward is owed when:

• The Friend is you, your household, your employer, an entity you control (more than 25% ownership), or an account that shares a payment instrument or trial fingerprint with you (self-referral).
• The Friend was already a NarraSEO customer (same account email, Stripe customer, or billing entity) before your attribution.
• The Friend's checkout uses another promo, coupon, or partner discount that we treat as stacking with the Friend Reward, or that creates dual acquisition cost with an affiliate referral.
• The referral is attributed to the Affiliate Partner Program instead of this Program.
• The payment refunds, chargebacks, or fails; or we determine the activity is fraudulent or Terms-breaching.

No stacking. The Friend Reward does not combine with other introductory coupons unless we expressly allow it in writing. Affiliate commission and Advocate Rewards never both apply to the same Lead.

07Clawbacks#

If a Friend's qualifying payment is refunded, charged back, or reversed, or if we find self-referral or fraud, we may reverse the Advocate Reward (including after payout) and cancel unused Friend Reward discount periods. We may recover amounts from future Program payouts or by invoice.

08Prohibited conduct#

You will not:

• Self-refer or create fake Friends to harvest rewards.
• Distort tracking, stuff cookies, force clicks, or use malware, spam, or deceptive ads.
• Buy brand-name paid search on NarraSEO, Narra, narraseo.com, or confusing misspellings (including brand+coupon variants) to drive Program referrals.
• Impersonate NarraSEO or make banned claims (including "unlimited" output or guaranteed rankings).
• Run a public coupon site that stacks with your referral link to create dual acquisition cost.

Material breach may end Program access and forfeit unpaid Advocate Rewards.

09Advocate payouts#

Advocate Rewards are paid in USD through Reditus (or another method we designate), subject to Reditus payout settings, identity or PayPal collection where required, any minimum threshold Reditus applies, and any hold period we or Reditus configure for fraud review. You are responsible for taxes on rewards you receive.

Friend Rewards are billing discounts, not cash to the Friend.

10Term and changes#

These Terms apply while you participate in the Program. Either party may end participation at any time. Ending participation does not automatically cancel Friend Rewards already applied to an active subscription, except for clawbacks under Section 07.

We may amend these Terms with notice in-product, by email, or via Reditus. Continued use of the Program after the effective date is acceptance. If you reject an amendment, stop sharing referral links and contact support before the effective date.

Governing law and disputes follow the same New York law and venue rules as our Terms of Service, unless a mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
